Fund recovery for prop firm traders

Prop firm withheld your payout?
We get it back.

When a prop firm withholds a payout over a disputed rule, we build the case, handle the correspondence, and pursue the firm on your behalf — so you're not doing it alone from a Discord thread.

Process

Five steps, start to recovery

Every case moves through the same sequence — so you always know exactly where yours stands.

01

Get access

A one-time payment is required before any claim can be opened — it's what funds the investigation on your case. No recurring billing.

02

Submit your case

Name the firm, and upload your trading history, correspondence, and payout terms.

03

We investigate

We review the firm's rules against what actually happened in your account and assess the strength of your claim.

04

We pursue the firm

We correspond with the firm directly, formally, and persistently — so you're not negotiating alone.

05

You get paid

When funds are recovered, they're released to you, minus the success fee agreed upfront.

Pricing

One-time payment. No subscription, no recurring bill.

Pay once to open your claim under a plan. You only pay a success fee on top of that if we actually recover funds.

Standard
$99 one-time
Single payment, no renewal
  • 1 claim included
  • Direct correspondence with the firm on your behalf
  • Case status tracking
  • Document review and claim strategy
  • 20% success fee on recovered funds
Elite
$299 one-time
Single payment, no renewal
  • 1 claim included
  • Fastest queue — first in line for investigation and correspondence
  • Dedicated case manager — direct email
  • 10% success fee on recovered funds
Success fee: if your claim results in a recovery, we take a percentage of the funds actually paid out — 20% on Standard, 15% on Priority, 10% on Elite — never a percentage of the amount originally claimed. If nothing is recovered, no success fee applies. The one-time plan payment is separate and covers the investigation itself, regardless of outcome — there's nothing recurring, and no bill shows up next month. All payments are processed by LAL Group LLC, the contracting entity behind PropPayoutClaim.

Questions

Before you file

Do I need to pay before I can file a claim?

Yes. Every claim is opened under a one-time Standard, Priority, or Elite plan payment — there's no way to submit a claim without one. That payment is what funds the investigation, so it comes first.

What happens if my claim doesn't succeed?

You keep whatever benefits your plan includes, but no success fee is charged, because none applies. The one-time plan payment covers the investigation itself and isn't refundable on an unsuccessful outcome — this is stated clearly before you file. When a claim does succeed, the success fee is 20% of the recovered amount on Standard, 15% on Priority, or 10% on Elite.

How long does a claim usually take?

It depends on the firm and the complexity of the dispute. Typical cases move from filing to resolution over several weeks to a few months. You'll see status updates on your case at every stage.

My firm isn't in your directory — can I still file?

Yes. Choose "My firm isn't listed" in the claim form and enter their name and any contact details you have. We'll verify the firm's correspondence details as part of the investigation.

Do you guarantee recovery?

No one legitimately can. We assess each claim's strength before filing and are transparent about likelihood — we don't take cases we believe have no merit, and we don't promise outcomes we can't control.
