Terms of Service

1. Who we are

PropPayoutClaim is a trading name of LAL Group LLC ("we," "us," "the Company"), an official consulting company with its registered address at 1000 Brickell Ave, STE 715, Miami, FL 33131. LAL Group LLC is the contracting party for every plan purchase and the entity that processes all payments, including success fees.

2. What the service is

We provide claims-investigation and advocacy services to help traders pursue disputed payouts from proprietary trading firms. We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice. We do not guarantee that any claim will be successful, and we assess each claim's strength before filing.

3. Plans and payment

• A one-time Standard, Priority, or Elite plan payment is required before any claim can be opened.
• The plan fee is a single one-time payment — there is no recurring billing — and covers the investigation and correspondence work on your case, regardless of outcome.
• The plan fee is non-refundable once the claim investigation has begun, including if a claim is ultimately unsuccessful.
• Each plan payment covers one claim. Filing another claim after your first is resolved requires another one-time payment.

4. Success fees

• If a claim results in a recovery, we retain a percentage of the funds actually paid out to you by the firm: 20% under Standard, 15% under Priority, 10% under Elite.
• The success fee is calculated only on funds actually recovered — never on the amount originally claimed.
• If nothing is recovered, no success fee applies.

5. No advances against your claim

We do not advance, loan, or pay out any portion of a disputed claim before it is resolved. Any payment you receive from us before resolution is a fixed benefit of your plan, unrelated to your claim's outcome — never a draw against expected recovery.

6. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about your claim, including your relationship with the named firm and the circumstances of the dispute.
• Supporting documents you upload (PDF only) must be authentic and unaltered.
• You must not use the service to pursue a claim you know to be false or exaggerated.

7. Limitation of liability

We investigate and advocate on your behalf, but recovery ultimately depends on the third-party firm's response and, where relevant, applicable law. We are not liable for a firm's refusal to pay, insolvency, or unresponsiveness. Our maximum liability to you under these Terms is limited to the plan fee you paid for the claim in question.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
